Austin-based surfaces company Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces has completed its acquisition of the Prague-based quartz stone manufacturer Technistone, which has specialized in the industry for more than 20 years operating over 75 countries on five continents.
“This acquisition represents a significant commitment to our Wilsonart Quartz program” says Andrew Korzen, vice president of product management of engineered solid surfaces at the company. “We welcome Technistone to our portfolio of brands and products, and look forward to focus on our growth of the quartz stone worldwide while collectively serving our customers.”
