Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Geller Investment Company, and Wanxiang America Real Estate Group have announced plans to collaboratively open a new Conrad Chicago in the spring of 2016.
The hotel will be the sixth Conrad Hotels & Resorts property in the U.S. with forthcoming projects in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Washington, DC.
To be designed by Paris-based Pierre-Yves Rochon, the 20-story property will include 275 rooms including 12 suites, more than 10,500 square feet of conference space, and F&B outlets.
Hotel guests will have access to the Conrad Concierge mobile app. Launched in 2012, the app provides mobile access to concierge features and hotel services, such as the option to pre-check in; arrange car transport; and select bespoke amenities, including their preferred type of pillow, newspaper, and bath amenity brand.
