Hospitality-driven communal workspace concept Coworkrs has introduced two new locations in Manhattan’s Financial District, at 55 Broadway and 60 Broad Street. Crafted by the in-house head of design and vibe Elide Grabowski, the individualized, curated aesthetic emphasizes high design, comfort, and service.
60 Broad Street
“Entrepreneurs, professionals, and innovators of all kinds are seeking flexibility, independence, and comfort in their workspaces,” explains Coworkrs CEO and co-founder Shlomo Silber. “We believe our role is to serve as their advocates, supporting them with a premium experience while allowing them focus on their core business and mission.”
The 60 Broad Street outpost spans 40,000 square feet across the building’s 24th and 25th floors, making it one of the company’s largest spaces. Expansive views capture iconic sites such as New York harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Financial District skyline.

The 31,000-square-foot 55 Broadway location features three floors of private offices, and communal areas on the third and fourth floors. The mezzanine—nicknamed the Mezz—totals 6,300 square feet and serves as a highly flexible private event space with bleacher seating and capacity for up to 350 guests. An LCD screen, open kitchen, and designer furniture further elevate the environment.
