The Début Hotel Group, launched in 2015 by Hampshire Hotels Management, has partnered with Singapore-based REIT Castlewood Group to introduce Dream Hotels to the Asia Pacific market.
Over the next 10 years, more than 20 new Dream Hotel-branded properties are expected to debut, with the first being Dream Phuket. The newly branded lifestyle hotel will open this December in Thailand’s Laguna Phuket resort complex, developed by 8over8.
“When we were approached about this unique opportunity, a partnership with this visionary lifestyle hotel group made perfect sense for us and our investors,” says Castlewood Group CEO Chris Comer. “[This] hotel company not only delivers a solid and consistent occupancy rate but can match this revenue dollar for dollar with its F&B offering, which is incredibly rare.”
