A six-story 132-room Hyatt House hotel has been announced for Frisco, Texas.
Set at the intersection of Parkwood Boulevard and Gaylord Parkway, the upscale extended-stay hotel will be located within walking distance of the Frisco Conference Center, Dr Pepper Ballpark, Dr Pepper Arena, and Stonebriar Centre mall, as well as the future practice facility and preseason training ground for the Dallas Cowboys, which is slated to open in 2016.
The hotel will be the first new-build Hyatt House hotel in Texas, and the property will be built and managed by NewcrestImage, a Texas-based hotel management, development, and construction company with 18 other properties in the state, and seven more under development.

Once completed, the hotel will offer 132 residentially inspired studio and one- and two-bedroom kitchen suites, each with the comforts essential to extended stay visitors. In addition the property will offer indoor and outdoor spaces, a living room-like lounge, complementary breakfast, and a 24-hour workout room as well as a laundry facilities and a Guest Market.
