FRHI Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Nanjing Jin Gao Real Estate Development, is expanding its Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts brand with the development of the Swissôtel Jinan.
With plans to debut in 2020, the 248-room property is a part of a mixed-use development located in Jinan, the capital of China’s Shandong province and a major economic, administrative, and transportation hub for eastern China.
The project “supports our growth plan of strategic expansion in key Chinese markets,” says Foued El Mabrouk, FRHI’s vice president of operations in China. “Swissôtel Jinan, with its contemporary feel, innovative design, inspired service, and quality-in-life guest programs, promises to be a magnificent hotel in the City of Springs.”
Upon completion, the property will house five F&B outlets, approximately 31,000 square feet of event space, and a Pürovel Spa & Sport facility.
