Hard Rock International, along with Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) and Sheffield Holdings, has plans to open the Hard Rock Hotel Dubai Marina in the UAE.
Projected to open in mid-2015, the hotel will be set in the Marina 101 development, located within the Dubai Marina neighborhood. With 101 floors, Marina 101 will be the second tallest building in the UAE upon completion. 

The tower will be divided into three different levels, the first of which will house the 281-room Hard Rock Hotel, the collection’s first property to open in the Middle East. Hard Rock Hotel Dubai Marina will feature a club lounge and dining establishment on the 101st floor.
Along with the hotel’s iconic entertainment offerings, the property will offer pre-function meeting and event space—including an outdoor terrace at lobby level and the 101st floor lounge area—as well as the Rock Shop.
