Hilton Worldwide will add eight new lifestyle hotels to its Canopy by Hilton portfolio.
Announced last October, Canopy by Hilton is now slated to include Canopy West Palm Beach in Florida; Canopy Denver | Downtown; Canopy Washington, DC | Southwest Waterfront; Canopy New Orleans; Canopy Dallas | Uptown; Canopy Baltimore | Harbor Point; Canopy Minneapolis | Mill District; and Canopy Chicago | The Loop.
“Over the past year, momentum of our new lifestyle brand has grown tremendously with more than 20 properties in various stages of development,” says Bill Fortier, Hilton’s senior vice president of development, Americas. “Canopy by Hilton is poised to make a major impact in 2016 and beyond…We will continue to target key urban neighborhoods around the globe.”
Its first hotel, the 115-room Canopy Reykjavik | City Centre, is under construction in Iceland, with an unveiling expected early next year.
