Developer, investor, and operator Howard Hospitality Group (HHG) introduces new, innovative limited-service brand Locale, set to redefine the extended stay segment with an open, inclusive concept. The brand’s first hotel is under development on Grand Cayman along the Seven Mile Beach corridor with a projected opening date of September 2017.
The Locale Grand Cayman will feature live and work guestrooms and lofts catering to the business traveler. In addition, community public spaces will feature technology amenities. It will also house a variety of retail shops and F&B concepts, including Bonfire, an urban Italian kitchen, and Swirl, an artisanal Columbian gelato shop.
Future properties in the Locale portfolio will each boast their own distinctive personality, while remaining consistent to the brand’s desired attributes.
