Kerzner International has entered into an agreement with BK Partners to develop and operate two new One&Only resorts in Mexico.
One&Only Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit will offer approximately 145 villas as well as private residential estates, farm-to-table dining, and original retail options. A variety of accommodations will include ocean cliff villas, tree house villas, and mountain villas.
One&Only Santa Maria de Xala will be a part of a new 2,965-acre development located approximately 60 miles south of Puerto Vallarta’s international airport. The authentic hacienda resort will be on five miles of beachfront land. The resort will offer 75 luxury villas and suites with private pools as well as a residential component.
