Global lifestyle brand Margaritaville, in partnership with developer Grupo Los Pueblos, has announced plans for a beachfront condo destination in Playa Caracol, Panama.
Set to debut in 2027, Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol will blend local culture and architectural traditions, while featuring classic Margaritaville amenities, such as the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar and License to Chill Bar & Grill.

Designed by the McBride Company, the property will comprise a total of 261 residences, including 80 cottages and 181 multifamily units. The rooms, which will range from 750 to 1,500 square feet, will include resort-style amenities and boast a contemporary, island-inspired design.
The property’s beach club will act as the main hub, with offerings like a Margaritaville restaurant concept, pool area, and direct access to the beach. Additionally, a surrounding complex will house a racket club with paddle tennis and pickleball courts.
