In partnership with Related Companies and the Related Group, W Hotels Worldwide has announced plans for a comprehensive renovation of the W Fort Lauderdale and the Residences at W Fort Lauderdale in Florida.
After acquiring the property last year, Related will revamp the 147-residence property’s West Tower in addition to a total redesign of the hotel’s public spaces, amenities, and guestrooms.

New York-based Meyer Davis Studio will lead the redesign of the the hotel rooms, condominium hotel residences, oceanfront pool area, the brand’s signature Living Room lobby, the welcome desk, fitness center, and meeting spaces. Residences will range from 800 to 1,500 square feet.

A joint venture of the Related Group and ISG Realty, Related ISG will head all property sales efforts.
Renovations will commence in stages this year.
