Alta Real Estate, in partnership with Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, has revealed the first look at Mr. C Residences Downtown, a 71-story architectural statement rising in the heart of Dubai.
Conceived by Arquitectonica and brought to life with interiors by 1508 London, the project distills a modern vision of classic European elegance.
The forthcoming property will feature a suite of curated amenities, including a signature Bellini Bar, residents-only lounge floors, a rooftop spa, and a private cinema.
Nobile Collection at Mr. C Residences Downtown
Anchoring the offering is the Nobile Collection, a series of 22 half-floor, four-bedroom residences that embody the project’s expression of Italian craftsmanship through Calacatta marble surfaces, bespoke kitchens, and luminous glass chandeliers. The palette blends warm natural stone, rich wood tones, and polished metals, resulting in interiors that feel timeless and tailored.
The principal suite inside each Nobile Collection unit will be designed as a private sanctuary, complete with freestanding bathtubs, bespoke Italian vanities, and glass-enclosed rain showers.
Further, an open-plan great room will flow into formal dining areas framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. Expansive terraces will extend the living space outward, offering uninterrupted vistas of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, and the Arabian Sea.
