Bob Puccini, president and CEO of San Francisco-based Puccini Group, has named Heleri Rande as the company’s director of business development for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in Puccini Group’s new Paris office.
Rande joins Puccini Group following the launch of the hotel design team under partner and managing director, Amy Jakubowski. Originally from Estonia, Rande has an executive MBA in hospitality administration from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Switzerland. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University in economics and business. Rande speaks fluent Estonian, English, French, Russian, and Finnish, and has basic working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
“Ms. Rande’s experience in international markets, paired with her extensive education in the hotel business sector, makes her an exciting addition to our company,” Puccini says. “As we look to expand Puccini Group’s footprint of successful hotels, restaurants, and social spaces across the world, her commitment to cultivating substantial and lasting relationships will be an asset of great importance.”
As a first step in the development of Puccini Group’s consulting division in EMEA, Rande will be representing Puccini Group at the Global Restaurant Investment Forum (GRIF) in Dubai in February, alongside Puccini.
