Artisan Beach House has debuted as the latest dining concept at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. The restaurant marks the second collaboration between chef Paula DaSilva and hospitality developer Seth Greenberg. The two first teamed up to launch Miami eatery 1500 Degrees.
Casual elegance and a classic beach aesthetic define the seaside concept. Designed by Petra Hausberger in collaboration with Greenberg, the indoor-outdoor waterfront space houses both dining and chic lounge areas. Flexible venues accommodate larger events or receptions. A light, airy palette adorns the coastal-inspired setting, and its simple design maximizes views of the ocean and Haulover Cut.
