Anson11 restaurant in El Paso, Texas has unveiled the 60-seat Azul Room, a new events or private dining space crafted by Juan Carretero, principal with New York-based design practice Capital C Interiors.
The reimagined space evokes a classical elegance with a finish of wood paneling lacquer, beetle-style chairs, and cane-covered walls. Ceiling slats are cut into a wave shape to accentuate the water conservation theme, while a blue and marigold carpet also reinforces the influence of nature.
