Chef Erwin Tjahyadi has introduced his latest eatery, Bone Kettle, which serves bone broth and culturally inspired small plates. Santa Monica-based Arthur Page Company has completed work on the Southeast Asian dining concept in Pasadena, California.
The contemporary setting aims for authenticity in both aesthetic and cuisine, promising guests a streamlined and inviting experience. The interior is outfitted with clean carpentry and plush, natural materials, while the white marble bartop is offset by wooden stools. Sliding wood panels partition the main dining room, which has also been designed with white marble tables and wooden seating installed beneath overhead glass pendant light bulbs. A mural from Los Angeles-based artist Cleon Peterson is showcased in the dining room, channeling the eatery’s black and yellow color palette.
