The iconic Italian institution Cipriani has embarked westward to launch its newest location at the Wynn Las Vegas. Located within Wynn Plaza, the space will join a lineup of high-end retailers in November, and occupy 6,316 square feet of the resort’s 72,850-square-foot shopping and dining destination. It is expected to be the first of five restaurants joining the property.
Florence, Italy-based architect Michele Bonan will craft the forthcoming outpost with many of its design signatures. In addition to a nautical motif, the design will feature a material palette of glossy walnut, chrome accents, and terrazzo flooring. Color and lighting accents unique to the Las Vegas space will further punctuate the guest experience. The dining room will host up to 165 guests, while a private room will accommodate roughly 50 diners.
