East Sussex, UK-based DesignLSM has completed the interior design for Burger & Lobster’s Leicester Square outpost. Located beneath the W London, the double-height space features a large upper-floor mezzanine with an open kitchen and dining area.
Designers incorporated some of the space’s original features, including the bar’s brass front, a central spiral staircase, and timber flooring. A large hanging tubular chandelier evoking the hotel’s external façade is a centerpiece, while signature lobster tanks and red banquette seating are brand references.
The Leicester Square location is part of the Burger & Lobster’s expansion plans, along with recent openings in London’s West India Quay and Holborn neighborhoods. DesignLSM has crafted each of the brand’s restaurants in the UK and internationally.
