Miami’s newest nightclub, Ora, is set to open in November with a design by locally based Francois Frossard. The French designer will reimagine the glamour of Old World hotels and watering holes by modernizing elements from some of the most significant nightclub venues in history, including the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Zoom Zoom Nightclub in Saint-Tropez.
The 10,000-square-foot venue features dark woods and warm tones with sleek sofas and modern tables placed alongside charming European elements like boiserie paneling. The dramatic cathedral ceiling is clad with kinetic motorized diamond panels that move in correspondence with an innovative audio-visual system.
Located on the top floor, the candlelit Social Room makes a statement with mismatched furniture—velvet sofas, deep leather wing chairs, and low cocktail tables evoke a sexy yet eclectic ambiance.
