The Galleria, Houston’s popular upscale retail hub, has unveiled its newly updated Daily Grill. Revamped by Washington, DC–based GrizForm Design Architects, the 4,200-square-foot restaurant now boasts a fresh, contemporary feel.
A light palette of mint, gray, and gold tones is complemented by vintage white subway tiles on the bar and chevron-patterned flooring throughout. The 12-seat bar was modernized with a marble top and a more curved shape, while custom shelving—made from glass and brass—behind the bar creates an open, airy appearance.
The 172-seat dining room and lounge is endowed with new dining chairs and custom banquettes, while existing booths were reupholstered with new fabric and vinyl. Additionally, the intimate 25-seat private dining room features panels of armadillo-print wallpaper, gray-painted trimming, and mint accents in the carpeting.
