Atlanta-based architecture and design practice Square Feet Studio is set to unveil this fall the Haymaker, Charlotte, North Carolina’s forthcoming concept from chef William Dissen. The eatery will launch with the Ascent Uptown luxury high-rise apartments in the city center, which overlook Romare Bearden Park.
Housed within a sustainable, LEED Silver-certified building, Haymaker will accommodate just over 150 guests, with 26-foot-tall windows framing city views. The interior will be sectioned into four distinct spaces including a bar and lounge, private upstairs mezzanine, al fresco area, and main dining room outfitted with an open kitchen and chef counter. The upbeat, authentic environment will exude a sense of community, while also making reference to Appalachia.
