25hours Hotel Hamburg HafenCity has announced the reopening of its signature eatery heimat. The restaurant boasts a sumptuous new design completed by local interior designer Conni Kotte.
Tables crafted from end-grain wood are stained black to complement the inky tones in the space, as well as cabernet milled wool curtains, while an intimate lounge space contrasts the ambiance. Five exclusive seats are installed beside the kitchen window, inviting guests to glimpse into the action. Wine serves as a key fixture of the design foundation, with elements like a tall shelf showcasing old port bottles and glasses of local vineyard soil installed above the bar.
