Innside by Meliá New York has announced the addition of its new F&B concept, the Wilson. Designed by East Rockaway, New York-based design practice Dallago Associates, the hotel’s new signature restaurant is one of 11 venues in the city overseen by In Good Company Hospitality.
Located in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, the restaurant is outfitted with alfresco seating and an upstairs cocktail bar that overlooks the large dining room. The duplex venue evokes a warm ambiance with rustic qualities that reflect the farm-to-table ethos of the cuisine. Striking light fixtures range from pendants to chandeliers and a central sculpture to establish warmth and energy. Marble floors complement vintage area rugs that soften and define the space, while warm wood tones, white tiles, and notes of color enhance certain areas.
