Famed chef and restaurateur, José Andrés has expanded his popular tapas concept Jaleo to the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Crafted by Spanish designer and longtime collaborator Juli Capella, of Barcelona-based Capella Garcia Architecture, the design embraces the signature Latin style of both Andrés and his cuisine. The new location is the fifth Jaleo in the U.S., the first in Florida, and the brand’s largest to date.
Jaleo at Disney Springs welcomes visitors at its front corner with Pepe by José Andrés—the first brick-and-mortar location of the chef’s popular food truck concept. Inside Jaleo, the restaurant channels the bold and playful flair of Spain with petals that organically open throughout tto form pergolas that extend toward the outside.
