COJE Management Group has introduced its latest concept: My Girl, a subterranean cocktail lounge and dinner party venue tucked beneath Mariel at Boston’s 10 Post Office Square.
The new space offers cocktails, culinary energy, and transportive live entertainment rooted in the exuberance of 1950s Havana.
Transporting from Boston to Cuba for the night
Designed by London-based designer Natalia Miyar, My Girl transforms the former Mariel Underground space into a glamorous tribute to pre-Castro Cuba.
The interiors evoke a lavish era of nightlife with blush, coral, and gold tones layered across rich velvets and Art Deco accents that hint at tropical influences. Plush booths and low-slung lounge tables shape an intimate yet energetic room, punctuated with curated works by contemporary Cuban artists.
Music drives the concept, with the venue hosting an evolving roster of performances, from piano sets and touring musicians to late-night DJs.
“We wanted to create a space that feels alive and deeply connected,” says Chris Jamison, CEO and managing partner at COJE. “The food and beverages are exceptional, but what makes My Girl different is the energy—the sound in the room, the rhythm that builds as the evening unfolds. It’s the soul of Havana, the pulse of Boston, and the unmistakable energy our guests expect from us—vibrant, spontaneous, and unforgettable.”
