José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup has announced plans to launch the latest outpost of its Jaleo brand at Disney Springs in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Designed by Barcelona-based designer and longtime Andrés collaborator Juli Capella, the new eatery will be the largest Jaleo restaurant and the first in Florida upon opening in 2018.
The multilevel venue will be adorned with rich exterior architecture as well as vibrant and theatrical décor that recalls the color and culture of Spain. A grab-and-go space will be installed on the ground floor.
ThinkFoodGroup operates five Jaleo locations in the Washington, DC area in addition to restaurants in Las Vegas and Mexico City.
