The new Mediterranean concept Olivetta has landed in West Hollywood as both a high-end restaurant and nightlife venue. Tom Parker of locally and London-based design firm Fettle oversaw the design of the venue on Melrose Avenue, which marries western Mediterranean influences with whimsical elegance.
Four dining experiences are housed across the intimate interior, beginning with the Sun Room, where terracotta tiles line the floors beneath ivy-covered walls and a trellis roof. The laidback Living Room is detailed with antique chandeliers and opulent leather banquettes set against slate blue mohair walls. The interior Bar Room and Dining Room are both marked by bold colorways and luxe accents like mohair wall treatments. French Riviera-inspired fabric ceilings are installed along with custom wallpaper in both rooms, while the dining room is punctuated with imagery of California fauna and a full-length skylight.
