Downtown Brooklyn has welcomed the SaltBrick Tavern to its F&B lineup as a unique, contemporary pub concept. Glen & Co. executed the rustic-industrial design complete with modern elements as well as old-fashioned charm.
Reclaimed wood is installed alongside softly illuminated Himalayan salt brick accents inspired by the restaurant’s signature dry-aging process. Deep, dark hues complement the velvety red, tufted leather banquettes and ceiling fans with exposed mechanics and suspended lighting designed to mirror meat hooks. An expansive back patio is also attached, and detailed with simple string lighting and slatted wood elements along the backbar.
