A new sushi spot is joining the Los Angeles scene courtesy of Dustin Lancaster and Sarah Dietz. Located on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Feliz, Sōgo Roll Bar caters to the grab-and-go crowd, as well as those looking for a casual sit-down experience.
The space, which features custom lighting and handcrafted textiles, is anchored by a 14-seat sushi bar that spans the length of the narrow dining room. Japanese-style stucco adorns most of the restaurant’s walls, while the rear wall is covered in Gucci’s signature heron-print wallpaper in a dusty pink colorway.
The new concept is configured to foster interaction between the chef and guests, while also maximizing efficiency within its small footprint.
