The all-day Tuscan concept Felice has unveiled its new flagship, Felice 56, at the Chambers Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. Home to a dining room and cocktail lounge, the 3,000-square-foot new Italian eatery of the Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group is crafted by its long time collaborator, Studio Robert McKinley.
Evoking the warmth of the Tuscan countryside and the artful streets of Florence both in the interiors and on the menu, the lively restaurant features exposed concrete, oiled woods, and lime-washed finishes, anchored by a watercolor creation by Italian painter Fiona Cosini di San Giuliano. The loft-like, comfortable atmosphere inside is further accentuated by a skylight infusing natural light, and reinforcing all the bright elements and textures that subtly reference the traditional elements of Florentine design.
