Brooklyn-based coffee company Toby’s Estate has opened its newest location in Bushwick. The new space will serve as both a retail café and roastery to assist in the brand’s efforts to increase its coffee production.
Spread across 1,800 square feet, a custom flower installation and a white marble bar anchor the 40-seat café. The new Bushwick roaster will allow Toby’s to kick off its Toby’s Wholesale Partnership program. The company’s original flagship, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, currently serves as the roasting facility for Toby’s retail, e-commerce, and wholesale programs.
