Upscale sushi concept Uchi, a Hai Hospitality brand, is set to plant its eighth flag in Miami’s Wynwood Art District. Austin firm Michael Hsu Office of Architecture will oversee the design of the restaurant, while locally based practice Formgroup will serve as the architect of record.
This will be Hai Hospitality’s second outpost outside of Texas and the first in Florida. The forthcoming Uchi location be at the Wynwood 25 Apartments, serving as the centerpiece of this new mixed-use development.
Uchi currently has locations in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Denver.
