Chef José Andrés, a co-founder of Washington, DC-based ThinkFoodGroup, has launched J BY José Andrés, a new F&B concept within the W Mexico City.
Conceived by Spanish architect and designer Juli Capella, the restaurant is Andrés’ first collaboration with W Hotels, as well as ThinkFoodGroup’s first international offering. Its name nods to the chef and his flagship Spanish brand, Jaleo.
Andrés’ restaurant is one aspect of a multimillion-dollar renovation that is currently underway at W Mexico City. Nearly complete, the project will revamp all guestrooms and public spaces.
