Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, which is set to open in 2017, has announced a partnership with Michelin-star rated chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Together, they will create a signature restaurant and unique rooftop poolside dining experience. It will be Vongerichten’s first restaurant on the West Coast.Â
Both the restaurant and rooftop pool area will serve contemporary fine dining, and handcrafted cocktails. The concept for both the menu and the design of the restaurant are currently underway, and will be unveiled with the hotel’s opening in 2017.Â
Located adjacent to the Beverly Hilton on the corner of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards, the 12-story, 170-room Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is the brand’s first new build on the West Coast. It joins Waldorf Astoria’s portfolio of 25 landmark destinations.
