Ananatara Hotels and Resorts has revealed plans to add a new property to its portfolio in China with the launch of a new luxury concept in the Qingyang District of Chengdu. The Anantara Jinsha Chengdu Hotel is set to arrive as part of the forthcoming Essence Chengdu project in 2021. Home to 150 guestrooms and suites, Anantara Jinsha Chengdu will also host indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, children’s club, meeting and event spaces, and an all-day dining concept and specialty restaurant. Positioned with zealous access to numerous historical and cultural Chengdu attractions, the hotel will also integrate Jinsha archaeological elements into the interior design
Spread across nearly 500 acres, Essence Chengdu will span five plots. The first phase will roll out a series of residences in addition to the hotel. A 116-acre eco-wetland park will also be created to provide green space.
