Hyatt Hotels has announced that it will expand its Andaz brand to Turks & Caicos for the first time in 2021. The Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will comprise 59 guestrooms and 74 branded residences designed by Brooklyn-based firm RAD Architecture.
Spread across two buildings, the resort will feature contemporary interiors conceived by Francisco Jove of the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based design studio Modus Operandi, who led the design of the Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya and Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo. Accommodations will span studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations as well as four-bedroom penthouses.
In addition to four F&B concepts, including an elevated venue overlooking a panoramic backdrop, an indoor wellness facility will be outfitted with an outdoor garden yoga studio and a full-service indoor-outdoor spa.
