Construction has begun on the Kinley Chattanooga Southside, the second entry in the hotel brand’s portfolio. Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee’s Southside entertainment district, the property is slated to join Vision Hospitality Group’s Humanist lifestyle portfolio in 2021.
Locally based architecture firm Tinker Ma will craft the structure, while Streetsense will oversee its interior design. Home to 64 accommodations, the contemporary boutique concept will encourage exploration while fostering an effortless bond with the local community. A range of authentic spaces like a coffee bar and lounge will be punctuated with cozy furniture, along with locally sourced furnishings, and artwork instilling a sense of place.
The maiden Kinley outpost is set to open this year in downtown Cincinnati.
