The newly launched multifamily lodging concept Niido Powered by Airbnb has announced that West Palm Beach, Florida-based V Starr Interiors will lead the interior design for its properties. The maiden 324-unit outpost in Kissimmee, Florida is slated to debut in the first quarter of this year.
“Working on this revolutionary project has been an exciting challenge,” says Venus Williams, founder and CEO of V Starr Interiors. “It is surreal to bring V Starr Interiors to the cutting edge of design and technology in multifamily by partnering with Niido Powered by Airbnb and creating a new type of rental community.”
Although designs will vary city to city with signature underlying elements, V Starr will draw inspiration from the brand’s principles. The design of the forthcoming Orlando location will express a Bookworm Blogger personality through warm fabrics, finishings, and lighting. The properties will feature keyless entry and amenities such as a game room, fitness center, pool, barbecue areas, a firepit, and a small bodega.
