25hours Hotels has announced plans to launch its first property outside of Europe with the opening of the 25hours Dubai Hotel. Located the Dubai World Trade Center’s mixed-use One Central development, the 434-room hotel will arrive as the first upscale hotel to open at the complex since AccorHotels launched its 1,210 guestrooms onsite.
Modern guestrooms and suites will boast a culturally informed design that evokes the brand’s signature sensibility. Two specialty restaurants will be featured in addition to a lobby café and a rooftop dining concept.
25hours will expand its portfolio next year as well, with openings scheduled in Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Paris.
