Pacific Hospitality Group Ventures has announced the launch of the dual-branded AC Hotel and Residence Inn Dallas by the Galleria. Located in the heart of Midtown, the property totals five floors as the anchor of the city’s newest, $4 billion mixed-use development spread across more than 6.5 million square feet of offices and more than one million square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment.
Designed by the local office of architecture and design studio 5G Studio Collaborative, the 140-room AC hotel is the first of the buildings completed as part of the region’s revitalization. The European-inspired design is characterized by neutral tones, inviting furnishings, and ambient lighting. Each social area is individualized with its own color scheme, while custom furnishings complement the soothing palette. Natural wood tones, bright white sculptural details, and soft metallics harmonize with live greenery.
The 116-room, all-suite Residence Inn Dallas by the Galleria houses studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations outfitted with spacious, functional living areas as well as fully equipped kitchens. Collaborative public spaces, like indoor-outdoor communal living areas, provide additional ergonomic settings for guests. Warm earth tones define the arrival experience alongside white marbles and granites, while custom furnishings exude a modern quality.
