AJ Capital Partners has announced the company’s latest acquisition, the Kingsgate Marriott in Cincinnati, Ohio. Located near the University of Cincinnati campus, the hotel will operate independently through February 2020, at which point it will rebrand as the Graduate Cincinnati.
The hotel will also undergo a comprehensive renovation at the hand of the AJ Capital in-house team. The update will impact all 206 guestrooms, common areas, the lobby-level F&B space, and all 21,500 square feet of flexible meeting and event facilities.
Graduate Hotels currently oversees a fleet of 13 properties across the U.S. An additional 14 properties are in the pipeline and poised to debut in 2020 as well.
