AJ Capital Partners has announced its acquisition of the Inn at USC Wyndham Garden in Columbia, South Carolina. Located in the threshold of the University of South Carolina in the historic University Hill neighborhood, the property is set to undergo a comprehensive renovation in the spring of 2019. It will reopen in the fall as a Graduate Hotels property.
The 116-room hotel will receive updates to its guestrooms, public spaces, and lobby, as well as 3,000 square feet of flexible, indoor-outdoor meeting and event spaces. Overseen by AJ Capital Partners’ chief creative officer Andrew Alford, the redesign will also aim to preserve historic details of the site as well.
