Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide debuts the Aloft Asunción, a 120-room hotel in Paraguay’s capital city. It is the first Aloft hotel in Paraguay and sixth in Latin America.
Located in the heart of the city’s financial district, close to the World Trade Center, the hotel features a rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the city, a Splash pool, and Re:Charge, a fully equipped gym. Dining options include Nook, a full-service restaurant serving global cuisine, Re:Fuel grab-and-go café, and WXYZ Bar and REMIX lounge, which will feature live music. Tactic, a 600-square-foot space for board meetings, features state of the art visuals and the latest technology.
Aloft is set to double its footprint in Latin America to 13 hotels by 2018, with new openings planned in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.
