Avani Hotels and Resorts has announced plans to add a second Malaysian property to its lineup in late 2021. Located in the capital of Sabah, Malaysia, the Avani Kota Kinabalu Hotel will open as part of a mixed-use project, comprising retail, offices, and condominiums.
Positioned with access to local entertainment and dining, the 378-key hotel will be crafted with contemporary living spaces as well as an all-day eatery. In addition to more than 9,200 square feet of meeting space, Avani Kota Kinabalu will also be crowned with a rooftop pool and bar with the surrounding lush and diverse landscapes as a backdrop.
Avani currently has 13 properties in its pipeline, which are set to join its existing lineup of 23 hotels and resorts.
