Thailand-based Avani Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort, the brand’s first entry into Thailand’s resort town of Krabi. The Avani+ Koh Lanta Resort will open later in the year.
Located just in the city’s center and steps away from the popular Ao Nang Night Market, the resort’s 178 guestrooms and villas reflect Krabi’s natural landscape as well as offering stunning views of limestone formations rising up from the Andaman Sea. The private villas sit further uphill and feature private swimming pools and relaxation areas.
Among the hotel’s amenities is AvaniSpa, the AvaniFit gym, and AvaniKids, which offers various indoor and outdoor spaces for families.
The resort is also home to many F&B spaces, including poolside Orchid Bar, Pano Café, infinity pool bar the Cliff, rooftop bar the Peak, and casual eatery Ao Nang Buffet.
