Avani Hotels & Resorts has announced a new partnership with Vietnamese hospitality company Novaland Group that will yield three new properties in the country. The Avani Vung Tau Resort, Avani Saigon, and the Avani Cam Ranh Resorts & Villas are set to join the Avani portfolio in 2019, 2021, and 2022, respectively.
Located in the port city of Vung Tau, the Avani Vung Tau Resort will comprise 149 oceanfront and hillside villas upon completion at the end of this year. Slated to arrive in the historic District 1 of Vietnam’s largest city, the Avani Saigon will combine colonial and modern architecture with streetside cafés and coffee shops. The 217-key property is scheduled to debut at the end of 2021 as part of a 38-story mixed-use complex that also houses retail and dining facilities. Finally, the Avani Cam Ranh Resort & Villas will debut in late 2022 along Vietnam’s south-central coast. Home to 300 luxe guestrooms and suites, the concept will also feature 315 private villas, an all-day restaurant, specialty bistro, and a beach club. Nearly 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space will also open onsite.
Avani currently operates two existing Vietnamese units, the Avani Quy Nhon Resort and the Avani Hai Phong Harbour View.
