The first properties in the Beachfront Collection at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort will be unveiled next month along St. Lucia’s Caribbean coast. London-based architecture firm Michaelis Boyd Associates crafted the properties with natural materials for a sleek, modern aesthetic.
Two four-bedroom homes will be the first of the five luxe accommodations to arrive in the collection. Located on Glenconner Beach, the homes will feature an interior design organically integrated with the outdoors with exposed rafters, private outdoor showers, full kitchens, 180-degree views, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to outdoor terraces and pool decks. Each bedroom is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom. In addition to the five properties, 20 Residences at Sugar Beach range in size from one to four bedrooms.
