The Biltmore, Mayfair is set to debut in spring 2019 as the first UK property in Hilton’s new luxury collection, LXR Hotels & Resorts. Designed by local firm Goddard Littlefair, the multimillion-dollar redevelopment began in early July 2018.
Several of the hotel’s 257 upscale guestrooms will overlook Grosvenor Square, and its 51 opulent suites will mirror the property’s sophisticated roots as a private London residence. New F&B concepts will include an all-year alfresco terrace and a posh cocktail bar. A nearly 5,400-square-foot ballroom will anchor the onsite event spaces alongside the more intimate Waterloo and Manhattan suites. A large fitness center will also be housed onsite.
LXR is a collection of independent hotels distinguished by a commitment to personalized attention and luxurious yet locally immersive experiences for guests. Last year, the collection welcomed its maiden hotel in Dubai at Habtoor Palace, a 234-guest room luxury hotel situated on Sheikh Zayed Road.
