The extended stay concept the Bond Townhouse & Garden has opened in the Boerum Hill section of Brooklyn, New York. The historic townhouse has been reimagined by Mysuites & Co. in partnership with Dutch design firm Spresso Design Studio.
The landmark townhouse accommodates four spacious two-bedroom suites and features interiors detailed with locally sourced artwork and furnishings. Public areas include the property’s private landscaped garden equipped to host fitness classes as well as alfresco dining.
The sundrenched Garden deluxe suites stands out among the accommodations with a botanical-themed design that echoes Japanese minimalism. The honeymoon-style Garden suite is configured to ensure intimacy, lined with whitewashed wood floors . The Hem suite reflects a Scandinavian design influence with water-washed wood flooring, natural tones, and abundant natural light, while the midcentury-style penthouse rounds out guestroom options with a darker palette.
